I decided to revisit my Court of Owls members using a DCUC Question figure and a Wesley figure from the Angel series:
I replaced the Question's head with one from fodder and painted the blue coat gray with a black wash.
I used Sculpey to for the masks, hardened them under hot water and painted them with a combination of white, pearl white, and grey paint.
They look better in person than in the pics. I like them better than my previous effort.
