I wanna give a huge shout out to Darthsimbiont2099 and Category5Costoms. You guys had some great ideas that I incorporated into Both of my Azbat figures.
Recipe:
Body, legs & upper arms: DCU Azrael
Lower arms: ML Mr Fantastic, DCD Azbat and DCU Azbat hands
Heads DCU / DCD Azbat
Armor and leg pouches: DCD Azbat
Cape DCU Batman
I repainted all of the blue parts with Testors acrylic Metallic blue and everything else was a combination of Citidel and Vallejo.
