Hey! So I got a request to do another indie character from an independent comic book creator, Mr. Dwayne Johnson (no not the Rock). I started with a Black Lightning head from the Public Enemies line, Jon Stewart body, red DCU feet, red DCU fists from fodder bin, glove cuffs from Hasbro Legends US Agent. DCU .Custom base from DCD reactivated figure. DCU Owlman shoulders and a Toybiz Legends Dracula cap modded to fit flush to the body. Some layering and washes with dryblushed white, then a metallic blue, then several washes with black. Testors and Citadels as usual. I really like the way this came out and so is the recipient.
