Henry Wrinkler signed my custom at the Chicago Comic Con.

Ayyyyy!!!! It's the Fonz!!!
This Henry Winkler action figure was made from spare parts in my fodder bin. It's a Young Justice Aqualad base with a Capt. Boomerang head. The jacket is from a DCUC Superboy; the arms, hair and feet were sculpted. I did broaden the nose and changed his eyebrows so he didn't have that "sinister" look that Capt. Boomerang had. I was surprised to see that there wasn't any Fonzie custom action figures here on the Realm so I'm "happy" I am submitting the first one. Thank you for voting and I love hearing your comments, good or bad.

6/8/13 Now that the contest is over, I can put in the pic with the Fonz, and Mork from Ork, together. Ha Ha

Kinda late here, but I just had leave a comment. Super cool custom of Mr Arthur Fonzarelli. Very nice gesture by Mr. Winkler to sign it. I’ve also heard many nice things about him, how personable he is. Glad to hear it’s all true. A belated congrats on the win.

Unfortunately, I didn't meet him, my daughter did. She and her husband went to Comic Con and had planned on doing the "Meet and Greet" with him. I gave her my custom to show it to Henry; he liked it so much he signed it free of charge. My daughter told me he was the nicest of all the celebs they met there. He was the only one that would come out from around the table and go into the crowd of people and talk to them.

That sounds like a great encounter, it really is uncommon that a celebrity would waive their fee for autographs or photos at conventions! What a sweet thing for Henry Winkler to do; I'm glad your daughter and her husband had that experience!

Yeah, I did the Mork figure last year and that's when I suggested there be a TV contest. I just wish there would have been more entries. I know that if Boskoes would have entered her "Greatest American Hero", she would have won easily.

Thanks for all the great comments. I usually don't do well in these contests and was grateful I did one that turned out pretty good. (It helps when LooseCollector decides not to enter a contest, Hee Hee) Now, someday I will have to make me a Richie Cunningham to go with him.
