I started this Iceman many months ago and he kinda got put aside while I had other stuff going on but I finally got around to finishing him this weekend! The design is based on the Marvel Icons 4-book Iceman series. I just thought it was a really cool design and wanted to give it a shot. I took me a long time to find a head with the right kind of "manga" look to it but I finally decided on a new MOTU He-Man and I think it turned out rather well. The recipe is as follows:

Torso/Upper Legs - ML Yellow Jacket
Lower Legs/Feet - X2 Cyclops
Arms/Jacket - X2 Cyclops
Hands - WWE Figure
Shoulders - ML Angel
Head - MOTU He-Man (With lots of dremeling)

The paint is all Testors Model Masters. Flat Black and 3 shades of a French Blue/Aluminum/Flat White mix. Topped off with a light dusting of flat white/aluminum and Blue Angels yellow on the jacket trim.

I got to admit that at first glance I though he was Sandman from DC's Vertigo line instead of Iceman (sorry bro!

) , I wasn't very familiar with this version of Iceman (had to stop collecting comics a few years ago) , however he looks Majorly "COOL" (I know , couldn't help myself!

) , but seriously , Great Work man , the only thing is that for a character like him , needed more ice Fx , the frost is Awesome , but nothing screams Iceman more than , well "ice" , nICE!!!
