This is one of those characters that i was struggling with how to make him and get the robes right. Desaad is close, but his robes are pretty short, so I used Desaad, removed his robes and added robes from a broken up Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon Li Mu Bai i had in my old toy box, and head from DCUC Golden Pharaoh, sculpted the brain and the dome was from some random place. I added a display stand since the robes keep him from standing up. He always floating in comics anyway..
