This is Mai Phong, from the PC/Xbox indie fighting game series "Battle High". Mai is an ice-wielding teenager and is voiced by Kira Buckland in Battle High 2.

Mai was made from a Gwen Tennyson figure from Ben 10. There is some minor sculpting, including her hairband, socks, belt, and shirt bottom. The rest is just painted up.
