I took the top half of a DCU Brocoli headed alien Green Lantern and attached it to the boytom half of a NECA Raphael and switched out the forearms and added the shell. The head comes from a Cartwheeling Don from the classic playmates line of figures. I then gave him the original 88 Raphael belt. The front portion of the shell is from the 2k3 turtle figure and the rear shell is from NECA. I didn't have any plans on making a Peter Laird style turtle when I began this custom but I felt the figure had a resemblance to Mr.Laird's TMNT art.
