Was going to submit this for the TV Land contest but oops, missed it by that much.
Not sure if Bryant Man is a familiar character across the country but here in the Midwest the commercial for Bryant heating cooling systems features a heating/AC repair guy who turns into Bryant Man whenever Scorcher or Bone Chiller "attack" someone's home. Dispatchment of the bad guys in a 30 second spot.
Anyway, Capt Britian for the base, some Green Stuff for the legs and gauntlets. Back pack is from Pyro, who may become Bone Chiller in the next few weeks/months.

I honestly did not even know there was manufactured Bryant Man figures out there. As far as being rare (guessing valuable?) I could not tell you. If you go by the old saying, it's only valuable if more than one person wants it.
