First, I removed the back mechanism, and filled in the hole with Apoxy, the next step was to sculpt all the details on his face, legs, the spider on his chest and belt.
I also added the fins on his arms, and feet, a full paint job, and finally a web/cape.

Wow the color scheme the chest logo the overall design it's eye catching I like it good work is this a real character if not it should be
