Really like that they are sticking close to the comic book version of Winter Soldier. Decided to make a figure that resembles the set photos. Made from a Legends Movie Goblin, Sculpted the hair, left arm, part of the right arm, the vest on the entire torso. used a mix matte, gloss black paint job with a chromed left arm.
