This Mandarin figure was done as a commission for a buddy. It was actually a ton of fun to make and came together pretty quickly. I know it's not 100% accurate to the film, but I just wanted to get the most important details so that the general idea came across.

head, torso, arms: Hobbit Gandalf
hips, legs, feet: Avatar Col. Quaritch
hands: LOTR Aragorn, LOTR Legolas
robe: fodder cape and hood from LOTR figures

"I know it's not 100% accurate to the film"

LOL...no worries, Shane Black's "The Mandarin" was 0% accurate to the COMICS. In fact , you should really re-title this custom to either 'Trevor Slattery', 'The Drunken Decoy', or The Mandarin*. I'll never watch another Shane Black film after the way he destroyed IM3...especially The Mandarin.

Anywho...awesome custom, regardless of what/who you name it.
