Custom Marvel Legends Archangel concept. Is a new take on the design but still keep the original pink color. I use Dc Universe for upper body and Wraal for the legs and everything else is sculpted. Gave it a paint job. The design was loosely based on a concept I found.
In this universe the real Angel is dead, and Archangel been recreated in the future (Cable's time) as an android version using adamantium metal. Angel consciousness got transfer into his future android body.
I dig this figure, particularly the wing design. Given the contest's theme, I would have liked to have seen a more in-depth explanation/backstory as to why your Archangel figure looks this way.
I agree, I like the figure overall. But, it doesn't seem to have any backstory or any concept behind it other than a personal take on the costume itself. Personal takes on costumes don't really fit the "alternate reality" theme...
