The Neca Rambo figure took alot of heat when it was released, one forum even going so far as to call it 'the worst figure Neca has done'.
Still didn't stop me from buying it, lol
But as I looked it over, I realized that there is indeed a great figure there-- the biggest problem is that it looked like it came out of the washing machine!
If you watch First Blood, by the time Rambo has that M60, he has been up in the mountains for quite some time; he is DIRTY.

The figure itself is unchanged, sculpt wise. But he got a complete head-to-toe paint job! Makes all the difference in the world!

My girlfriend is an artist, and I give her credit for helping me pull this off realistically. Would have looked like a glop of mud without her help!

*Best of all, she had so much fun helping me that she wants to do more figures now! :D
