I removed the cape, modified with dremel the chest, head, boots, and I molded thighs, boots chest emblem and head with green stuff, also I molded helmet, cape and belt.
The base I made with a sheet of thick cardboard and I molded gargoyle head with silicone, which is then sculpted, them covered with paper soaked in glue and water in equal parts, to give dry stone look.
Finally painted the figure and the base, and gave them a few coats of varnish satin.
