Whats up everybody!
here is my mini version of Dum Dum Dugan

He was made all out of the captain american movie series Winter Soldier. For his robot arm i shaved off all of the mechanic detail and resculpted it. The head is from the 25th anniversary Flint figure, i shaved off his had and sculpted on his bowler hat and mustache. He has a jetpack that i fixed up to look like it was meant to be from shield (before it had a red star on it). One paint job later and he was finished!
