I have been wanting to start a Flash Rogues gallery for some time and finally I decided to hit the ground running. The first I have completed is Weather Wizard. He is a Toyman base, Red Arrow Head and Kamandi boots. I used a vest from the fodder bin and modified it with sculpt to give him the Weather Wizard vest look. Hope you guys like him.

Oh wow, I saw it on ebay, and just assumed you'd sculpted the chest on a basic DCUC buck. Didn't even think about Toyman!
