Aquaman is one of my favorite characters, but even before that, I always loved Tempest. Not only were his powers cool, but his costume was pretty awesome too. That alone was enough to make me go back and do this guy once more. Well, at least once more. I definitely want to do more of the Aquatic characters as I can. I've procrastinated on an Aquaman forever, most due to which design I want to go with. Who doesn't just love his water camo suit? lol Anyway, back to Tempest. Head came from Jango Fett, I believe, if you're wondering. Took a little dremeling to sit a little lower and fit. The rest was a repaint with some black lines added over the red to match the image. Somewhat, at least. Littler easier the second time around.
