For the recipe I used GI joe Zartan head and sculpted over it. Upper torso is mu punisher with sculpted target emblem and sculpted dual blast guns on each hand. Just cut the nozzle of these 4 m16's and attached to both arms. Legs are mu Steve Rogers with minor sculpt applied to shoes. Weapons and accessories are from mu and GI joe action figures.
