I use the same body face off capt,modified the neck re-sculpted,you can check the comparison on the 2nd photo,repainted the casted shield Photon shield, the wings on the masked came from Us agent ,belt from ROML drax.
I gave him a full repaint because the regular face off capt has an error red and white lines on the lower torso.

Great job modifying the neck. That's a real problem with that body and it looks way better with your modification.

Nice I hated the neck on my FO Cap very well done improvement and it looks like you did a paint wash. This came out very nice!
