This one was a series of trial and error. It was another suggestion, and I have to admit, I do like his look in the show. And I also really miss the show. lol I don't remember too much about his appearances on the show, but I think Mal Duncan was a student season one, and the Guardian in season two. I do recall Jim Harper wearing the exact same suit before him in season one. So for assembly I did some tricky sculpting. Tricky for me anyway. I took the belt off a Cyclops, cut it down and added some sculpt to the front. Then I sculpted up a portion of the boots, the kneepads, pockets, and his chest armor. I used part of a plastic bubble to make the shield. Only thing I could think of. The head was a cast of a Marvel Captain Britain, I think. Not wild about the character, but I really do like this look, and like how he came out in the end.
