This was actually my second attempt at this figure. I tried this one a while ago when the GI Joe ROC figures came out. I tried sculpting a helmet on Destro and hated the result. I didn't even made a rocket, I was so discouraged. So I shelved him for a few years. Out of nowhere I decided to dust him off and give good ol Cliff Secord another try.
