I used the body of the Legendary Heroes series Darkness figure left over from the head used on the Bucky, painted that black and added some yellow trim, cut up the scarf off ML Bishop as a mask,roughly carved it to shape, bent it to shape, painted that, took the cape from ML Sentry, painted that, and took the head off of Gears of War Augustus Cole, carved the neck off with a blade, same with the earrings and beard, repainted the head, and glued that onto the neck.
