She's based on a Justice League Galatea. Her cape is from a Justice League Dr. Light with a little sculpt on the top to give it that tucked in look. A piece of gold thread and a button thing. I didn't want to get too into the details as far as her boots, gloves, and boobs because I wanted her to look more like if Mattel really made her with recycled parts and paint apps. Just clean and simple.
