This is my Forward Unto Dawn (FUD) Master Chief Costume. I made the whole suit out of cardboard that is coated in fiberglass resin and bondo. The helmet lights up on the sides and the visor is made from 2 layers. layer one is a irridium gold motorcycle visor and the second layer is a clear safety sheild that I cut.
