It appears that you're missing the mechanical arm doohickey on his back, but other than that, it's a pretty accurate rendition. I'd recommend focusing on your painting techniques a bit more, or just taking more time when you do it, as your coverage is fairly sloppy and spotty, particularly on the orange. Also, if you're using apoxie, I'd recommend doing the folds/edges of his costume with that, rather than drawing them on with black marker/paint/ink (just roll up some very thin snakes out of the modeling compound, or alternatively, roll out some apoxie into a thin sheet and cut some thin strips off of that, apply those onto your figures, smoothing/blending as needed with tools, to make those fabric details--it's easy). Once you have those details sculpted, you can then highlight them with dry-brushing and/or washes, which will give you a much more convincing look.

I had a heck of a time beating Xaero--I remember that the only way I could do it was to camp down in the area where the railgun respawns and kept grabbing that for the one-hit kills every time he showed his face (and he still managed to pick me off first most of the time).
