I will start with the recipe first then the backstory. I used a Snout Spout base with World War Hulk head, spray bottle from Rick Martel WWE wrestling figure with some DC fodder pieces to round him out.
Now for the backstory, in 1945 Berlin, as the Soviets are closing in on Hitler, Skeletor opens an unstable portal just outside the Fuhrer's bunker. Unable to cross with his evil henchmen Skeletor leaves the portal to close on its own. Hitler realizing that the Soviets are almost to his bunker, escapes by jumping through the unstable portal which also transforms him into, Hitlor, Evil Egomaniacal Eternian Exterminator (the swastika is transformed into 4E's). After unsuccessfully attempting to ascend to power in Snake Mountain, Hitlor is cast out to the Eternian wastelands by Skeletor, who claims that he was the most vile creature he had ever met. Hitlor tries to scrape a living as an Eternian Exterminator, but because of his past failures (attempts to rule Earth and Snake Mountain, and extermination of an entire race of people), there is a reluctance to hire him for anything, even by Skeletor and the other evil Masters.
I realize this may not be the most savory character, but I hope it is taken for what it is, and that would be just a fictional character that came to me while I was sitting around brainstorming.
