When dying Batman, Jason Todd fight for the mantle of the bat against Dick Grayson among others. Thus becoming "Gatman" a guard capable of murder and use firearms.
The base is a mattel batman. The accessories of various figures, as the mask layer were re sculpted with epoxy and alkyd enamel paint.
