i was looking up reference for him and found a design i liked. its from the arkham game designs i believe.

hes made from a roml ultimate cap, killer moth head and wings, belt cast from casting cave, zemo collar. cut wings loose and put on nails so they can swivel. sculpted extra fur around zemo collar and gloves, gun made from sandman gun and part of bardas acc. then total repaint.
