I saw the new daryl figure with motorbike up for pre order so decided to update my daryl, just took Merle and added Daryl's head, arms and feet to add the arms I had to take the joint out of the top of each of them and swap, then used epoxies for the shirt and bottom of pants and hair, I got the poncho off eBay I'm also going to redo the wings on the back because there not good.
