Hello Realmers I am back and I have to say it feels great. Life has been a little hectic these last months but now things have stabilized. It felt wonderful to get back to the workstation and actually make something new. Here is my latest offering. Mer-man!!!

He is heavily influenced by the incredible Mer-man made by Madtinker. I tried to come up with a different base figure but was unable. Parasite was just a perfect base. He had a great head and the torso was huge and imposing. I have to say that re-imaging Mer-man was really difficult. In the classic cartoon as well as the Mike Young 200x this character was made more as comic relief than a formidable opponent for He-man. I wanted to give him a more fearsome look and I thought Madtinker nailed this look with his custom. But I wanted to change it up a little and put my spin on it. So I made a few changes, like painting his face with the yellow mask and giving him the coral and fins on his arms.

DCU Parasite head with ML Abomination head fins
DCU Parasite body
200X Mer-man armor,skirt,shins,feet, and trident
DCU Trigon head dress cut in two to make the arm fins
DCU Skallox skull and coral made up of pieces from Brood's legs
