This was my entry in to the Star Wars Black Series 6 inch scale Contest held through the WGC group. I was humbled to take part in this contest with some amazing artist.

That being said, I've had this guy in the works for a couple of months since the contest was announced. Similar to pulpyfiction's amazing version that he put out a couple of weeks ago, I went with a Sasquatch base and Force Unleashed parts. I thought I had an original idea, but pulpy beat me to it. :) Main difference is mine is mostly Sasquatch and apoxie sculpt.

I shortened his lower legs, thighs, and waist to bring Squatchy down lower to Chewy size, originally the figure stands around 9 inches, and now he is right at 8. Resculpted the figure from head to toe to make him more hairy and to get the hair to flow more in the direction of the Force Unleashed head and away from the satchel as the regular statue did. I had to cut up and resculpt the head as well and hollow it out quite a bit to get it to fit over the Sasquatch neck. Airbrushed him in many shades of brown, tan, oranges, and some metallic highlights to mimic his hair shining which is hard to see in the pics.

He retains all of Sasquatches articulation, ab crunch, waist swivel, finger artic, the works..
