I had a random pirate figure laying around from a custom I tried to make a long time ago and I decided to finally use it.

My first Toad custom wasn't so great, so I wanted to redo him. I replaced the pirate's head with a generic Hulk head, then cut (poorly) an old purple cape I had lying around. After that, I repainted the whole thing... Now we have Magneto's former sidekick!
