Here is the next installment of my Teen Titans redesign, Static!

I was dying to make a Static figure and the Teen Titans was a great chance to make one! His frame is from a dollar store wrestler figure and his head comes from an elf figure from the True Legends series. After the figure was pieced together, I repainted it and added both effects and Black Lightning to finish the pic off! Enjoy!

P.S. I know Black Lightning is not his mentor but I remember in the Static Shock cartoon how he said he looked up to Black Lightning, so I decided to throw him in!
