I'm really proud of this one, Silver Sonic, aka Mecha Sonic, the penultimate boss from Sonic 2. Silver Sonic is made from the 5 inch Classic Sonic figure from Jazwares, with heavy sculpting over the arms, legs, and chest using super sculpey. I tried something new with the paint application, instead of just painting the whole figure silver, there were parts that I first painted black and applied a thin layer of silver on top of it (parts of the arms, legs, and torso.) At first glance there isn't a difference between those parts and the clean parts of the armor, but when they catch the light in certain ways it creates a streaked, dirty look, like metal covered in engine grit and lubricating oil.
