This is a project I have been wanting to do for a long time, a marvel legends style super posable batman.

He was made from a new 52 dcuc batman and a modern hawkeye. The gauntlets of the batman were drilled out and placed onto hawkeye's arms, allowing hawkeye to actually wear the gauntlets. The bat symbol was sculpted from apoxie sculpt. The cape was mounted on with a peg system, so now batman's cape can peg in and peg out, allowing for a cape-less batman. Batman's head was drilled to fit onto the ball hinge that hawkeye's head originally sat on, allowing him to have a great range of motion looking up and down.

Batman was given a completely new paint job, including facial stubble. I wanted to retain batman's classic look, so i went bat-underwear style versus his new 52, underwear-less look.

The grapnel gun is from a cheap dark knight rises 4 inch figure and was repainted, and the batarang is from the arkham city series 4 batman.

Now I have a batman that can achieve all the great poses of an ML!
