I got this figure on ebay. Basically it was a Marvel Legends Prof. X and somebody had swapped the head with a figure with some resemblance to Robert de Niro (the ebay lot was described as "Ronin" movie figures).

I basically sculpted the beard and painted. Those hands where already on the figure when I bought it. Some time after I added a sword made with one of those tiny swords meant to stab your olives on your martini (not painted yet on third picture).

I like this custom. I made him before knowing there was going to be a Ras figure on the Movie Masters line. I was a little bit disappointed back then, but I'm not that sure that I like the expression on the Movie Masters Ras figure, so I think I'll still stick with mine for a while.
