Snowbird was made with a Marvel Legends Invisible Woman (Ronan series) body and a DC Universe Classics Donna Troy head. The headdress was made with styrene, the cape was made with notebook vinyl, and the hair was sculpted with Apoxie Sculpt.

Its just the vinyl (I'm assuming it's vinyl) covering on a 3 ring binder. I probably should have been more clear on that. I used white and painted it blue.
