Hey guys! I haven't really been active with customs due to personal reasons, but I've decided to get back into the game. This is my first custom of the year, Nightwing! This is more of a kitbash custom more than anything, because there was no sculpting involved at all. I would also like to point out that this custom was inspired by another customizer here on the Realm, 1987olds442. I loved his more military take on Nightwing and decided to do one similar since I'm also missing a Nightwing in my collection. On to the figure! I used a DC Unlimited Arkham City Nightwing for the torso/arms (also Escrima sticks, because the DCD Nightwing was missing his), DC Direct Arkham City Nightwing for the head and hands, Mortal Kombat Jax for the legs and Toybiz TNA Christian Cage boots. I also added some grenades from a DC Direct Deathstroke (as smoke grenades, of course) . A little bit of repainting and dry brushing was done on the torso and legs, the blue insignia was left alone, though. I blanked out his eyes to have a more comic book like appearance, hand painted his insignias on his boots and he was done! Thanks for looking!
