this figure was originally a G.I. Joe character (not sure of the name). I used air-dry clay for the parts that were sculpted, cardboard for all the razors and armor, cloth for the cape, acrylic paints and fine point sharpie for details.

I need to take new pictures because it was recently brought to my attention that I had his arms flipped around backwards. I fixed them and just need to take new pics.

The first pic is where his arms were incorrectly positioned. The second one is with his arms fixed and displayed with some of my other TMNT figures :) i will post new pictures soon!
