This is Toxin based on his appearance when worn by Patrick Mulligan.

The figure's hands were resculpted to have 4 fingers on each side. A ML hawkeye head was sculpted over and painted to be Toxin's main head.

Toxin's alternate head is a carnage head that's eyes have been modified slightly using apoxie sculpt. the head was also repainted with yellowish teeth. The entire body was given a repaint to create the half red half black look that Toxin has.
