I have great memories of the Mindworm stories in Spider-Man, because I thought they were so strange when I read them. He's a really freaky looking character, and I just had to try to make a custom of him.

I used the body of a 5" Captain America, teh arms from Kraven, the legs from a Sinister Six Spider-Man, and the head from a Mr Fantastic.
It was a really fun figure to make, sculpting the head went great, I didn't have to redo anything after my first try.
I had to get inventive when I was going to attach the arms to the torso, so inside I glued toothpicks to hold the arm, and it's pretty tight so you can pose the arms.

It's a fun and unlikley figure. I haven't seen anyone else make this character.
