I usually leave it in hot water for about 30 seconds and then start pulling and prying, but the key to not leaving marks is patience.

Same here. I managed to do the swap, but not without leaving marks where I had been prying. I honestly don't know how to get it apart without leaving marks on the plastic.

Is it easy to replace limbs? What do you use, hot water and then you pull them off? Thanks
