My 4th member of the late 80's Suicide Squad: Captain Boomerang in his classic outfit!

Re-did the DCUC Cap Boomerang by sculpting his hair, hat & vest. The boomerang straps are many cut outs from many coats of the DCUC version & glued together. And the skirt are cut-outs from LOTR Gandalf!!
