Gave it a wash all around with Testors' Flat Black, then used Flat Red for the bandana, painted the swords with Gloss Red.

Thanks for the comments, and even though you're right about them all having red bandanas in the comic, I thought these turtles looked a lot like the ones from the new IDW comic and went with it, but I did paint their weapons silver and red like in some of the Mirage comics posters.
