Here we have an Ultimatum thug. Since I did a Flag Smasher, I had to make one of his lackeys for Cap to wollup on. Lol! Made using an Iron Fist torso with AIM Soldier arms (since I used my Ghost Rider arms on another upcoming custom), Snake Eyes head with a beret from Flint and lower legs from a Hydra soldier.
