After seeing Shinobitron's Disturbed figure way back when I knew I wanted to try my hand at him someday. Unfortunetly he got tossed on the backburner and was left there...until now.

Base Body was from a WWF figure I got a while ago from ratboy and the head was from another WWF figure, previously on my "Axeman" custom.

The head was COMPLETLY dremeled down and rebuilt with SS, new eyes and mouth. The torn clothing, neck band, boots and other little things on the body were also sculpted on.

The hood was from a Hobgoblin, which I shaved down a little and decided to use here. I tried gluing it on first but the glue I have currently isnt that great so I shot a small screw in and called it a day.

Boots were done with flat black, all metal bands done with that nice metal tone, head in flat black, eyes in red, teeth in white and clothes were done with a combination paint of grey and black mix.

I'm rather pleased with how he turned out, the only thing I think I would change is the smile, IMO its just a little too big but it still fits quite well with the character.
