Cyber was creating using a Marvel Select Venom as a base.

Venoms torso was fully resculpted to cover up/fill in Venoms symbol, and I also bulked out his chest. Venoms legs were also shortened. I cut sections out of the thighs and calfs, and resculpted. Cyber's arms are comprised of Rhino shoulder/Biceps, Collossus' lower arms, Mega Morph Wolverine hands (resculpted). Each fully articulated finger was then drilled and given a cromed out sail needle.
