Just took a Ninja Gaiden Ryu figure by Neca. I reduced the length of his legs a little bit. Sculpted on the bat symbol, and gauntlet spikes. Replaced the head with a movie masters TDK Bat-head, hooked him up with the belt as well, cut the cape from a Arkham City Batman and then finally added a couple of shoulder pieces off of an Iron Man figure. Simple recipe but it came out nice. :)

This is great, man--I like how you changed up the boots too--little details like that make this ROCK! This base is always good for a Batman!
