Here is my second attempt of Surtur. I think I improved the sculpting of the flames. I also resculpted the forearms. And on this face sculpt I went with more of a human face than that of a demon. I also dremmeled down the jeans on the legs and resculpted them. As for the color I went with a more defined contrast between the dark red on the body and yellow on the flame. I added a bit of highlighting on the red but not as much as the first version. I added a bit of shadowing to darken the red so it can contrast with the yellow. on the flame I dry brushed yellow over red and orange. the crown on his forehead was made with a thin plastic.
